I founded Robyn Torkewitz Design to serve a broad range of clients, both large and small.
One of my main clients is Audible, a division of Amazon, who I have been working with since December 2010. Audible is the world's largest producer of digital audiobooks, serving millions of customers around the world.
I am part of the ongoing development of Audible's social voice and style. This entails designing visual assets and writing social copy for Facebook, Twitter, Vine, and Instagram. I also plan the content calendar and integrated strategy with an eye towards increasing engagement and fan acquisition/retention.
I create social content that is amusing, emotional, nostalgic, enlightening, thought-provoking, and entertaining. During my time at Audible, our Facebook fans have reached 1.3 million, our Twitter followers have reached 165K, and we launched our presence on Vine and Instagram.
I'm a 2007 honors graduate of the University of South Carolina, with a BA in Visual Communications and a minor in Graphic Design. I have a nerd-like fascination for typography, color theory, and all things print, as well as a chronic case of FOMO that causes me to be active on half-a-dozen social networks. I am a Photoshop wizard, the current reigning champion of my fantasy baseball league, and I know how to fold a fitted sheet.
